When you know what to focus on, you can stop carrying everything in your head. It gives your mental load a place to land: on paper.

I’m in my 30s and a certified scrum master - agile project management consultant.
After several pregnancy losses and some health issues, I felt completely lost. I didn’t know where to start, and everything felt like too much.
At some point I realized the tools I use at work could help me sort out my own life too. I thought, why not use what I already know? So I tried it, slowly, one step at a time. It helped me come home to myself again.
If you’re in a place where you don’t know where to start, I hope this will help you too.
With much love 🤍
Two weeks is long enough to actually see a change, but short enough that it doesn’t feel overwhelming. And after two weeks you stop and look back: what worked, what didn’t, what do I keep?
You don’t have to get it right the first time.
You just adjust and go again.
This template is exactly what I use. Nothing fancy.
A simple way to pick what matters right now and take the first small step.
